Sara Ure Robinson was fired by the Hard Rock hotel/casino after complaining about Dennis Rodman’s behavior. Now Sara Robinson has won a $225,000 judgement against perv Dennis Rodman.

Dennis Rodman’s freaky behavior has gotten him into trouble yet again.

A motion for a default judgment was approved on Monday after the former NBA star, Dennis Rodman, failed to respond to a lawsuit filed against him and the Hard Rock by Sara Ure.

Sara said in 2006,  while she was working as a beverage manager at the Hard Rock hotel, that Dennis Rodman made a scene by grabbing her, forcing her to dance with him and slapping her butt.

Sara  filed a discrimination claim against the hotel, claiming she was fired in retaliation for complaining about a hostile work environment there. Those claims were resolved in mediation.

“Defendant Rodman injured and humiliated Ms. Ure at her place of employment, which is simply one of the latest incidents in an almost decade-long practice of violence and blatant disregard for the safety of others,” attorneys Kathleen England and Jocelyn Cortez said in their April 21 motion for a default judgment.

In seeking $125,000 in compensatory damages and $100,000 in punitive damages, they said the slim, 5-foot 10-inch Ure suffered embarrassment, humiliation and anxiety at the hands of the 6-foot-7-inch, 210-pound Rodman.

Sara’s attorneys stated that Dennis Rodman “grabbed and held Ms. Ure against her will, forced her to ‘dance’ with him in the middle of her place of employment, and rubbed his body against hers. Defendant Rodman then smacked Ms. Ure on the bottom when she managed to escape from his grip. This demeaning assault and battery occurred in front of at least one of Ms. Ure’s subordinate employees, her co-workers and Hard Rock Casino patrons.”

Ure, the attorneys said, “broke into tears and left work early, which was embarrassing,” and later had to explain Rodman’s attack to her fiancé and to Hard Rock officials

David Poole, the NASCAR’s  motorsports columnist for the Charlotte Observer, died Tuesday of a heart attack at 50.

Charlotte Observer NASCAR reporter, David Poole, had a heart attack in his Stanfield home. Poole’s daughter called 911 and he was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Poole was in his 13th season covering NASCAR for the Observer. David Poole covered this past weekend race at Talladega saying:

“Is racing at Talladega out of control?” he wrote. “I say it is, and Carl Edwards’ crash Sunday into the catch-fence in the tri-oval of the 2.66-mile track merely reinforced that opinion.

“Does somebody have to die before we’ve decided we don’t have control?”

David Poole was a four-time winner of the National Motorsports Press Association’s writer of the year.

In addition Poole was the host of “The Morning Drive”, a weekly show on Sirius NASCAR Radio.

“The NASCAR community is stunned and saddened by the loss of David Poole,” Brian France, NASCAR Chairman and CEO, said in a statement. “David was as passionate about NASCAR as anyone and had very definitive opinions about the sport. He served the industry, and most importantly the fans, through his reporting and commentary in the Charlotte Observer and Sirius Satellite Radio.”

Driver Jimmie Johnson added in a statement, “I am shocked and saddened to hear the news that our sport has lost David Poole. My thoughts go out to his family. He was someone who loved our sport and wasn’t afraid to voice his opinion. That’s what made him one of the most respected members of our media. I know I worked twice as hard to make sure I earned his respect. I am proud of what he has done for our sport and I know he will be truly missed by everyone in NASCAR.”

David Poole is  survived by his wife, two sons, daughter, and one grandson. Our condolences to his family.

Olympic gymnast Shannon Miller and her husband John Falconetti are expecting their first child together!

Shannon Miller made the announcement of her pregnancy to viewers during an appearance on Oklahoma’s Channel 4 News.

Miller said she is due November 5th, and also said her parents are just “over the moon” with the upcoming arrival of their grandchild.

Shannon, 32, is the  most decorated gymnast in U.S. history with  seven Olympic and nine World Championship medals.

Megan Fox, 22, was definitely rocking her sexy black corset with thigh-highs, and boots on the set of Jonah Hex in Louisiana last week.

Fox is tagged to play a character named Leila, there isn’t much information out on her character. The plot of Jonah Hex was described as:  “In the Wild West, a scarred bounty hunter tracks a voodoo practitioner bent on liberating the South by raising an army of the undead.”

Josh Brolin is playing the lead character.

Judging by Megan’s outfit, she looks to be a showgirl but has been rumored to be playing a prostitute. Either way, Megan looks awesome!

Many women would love to look like Megan but she doesn’t seem to think so highly of herself saying : “I am pretty sure I am a doppelganger for Alan Alda. I’m a tranny. I’m a man. I’m so painfully insecure.”

Asked about her diet secrets, she admitted, “I do have a 22-inch waist, I will say that.”

Jessica Biel stars as a stripper in “Powder Blue” with Ray Liotta, Forest Whitaker, Patrick Swayze and Lisa Kudrow. The movie follows the lives of four people and they all cross paths by Christmas Eve.

Thats sucks for Biel. Here she is stripping down and the movie won’t even be released in theaters! She must not be a very desirable actress. You would think if a famous actress is taking off her clothes, people will come to  see the movie. She isn’t even going to get that chance. It seems like she took her clothes off for nothing–she’s not going to make crap off of this film.

 Image Entertainment will release the movie on DVD on May 26.

If you didn’t already believe “Octomom” was crazy, then you may now.  After denying that she is obsessed with Angelina Jolie… Nadya Suleman has changed her appearance to resemble Jolie, Suleman was a stripper who called herself “Angelina”, and now is getting a tattoo dedicated to her children. Just strange don’t you guys think?

And while most new mothers would be at home caring for their newborns (not to mention eight newborns), Nadya is out getting inked.  This may irk some of us who have heard she is applying for government benefits for her family while spending money on a tat!

Actor and comedian Patton Oswalt and his wife Michelle McNamara have welcomed their first child, a daughter, named Alice.

Patton Oswalt and Michelle McNamara have been married since September 2005, and this is the first child for the couple!

Their baby girl was born April 15th at 4:13 p.m. in Los Angeles.  They named their newborn daughter Alice Rigney Oswalt.

“I’m blissfully exhausted and exhausted-ly blissful,” Oswalt told People.

Patton Oswalt currently stars on Showtime’s “United States of Tara”.

According to Ok a celebrity stylist said that Jessica Simpson wore size 28 jeans a few months ago, but “now Jess requests size 26.” She currently wears a size 4 dress and weighs 122lbs. At 5′2″, 122lbs is still a lot!

Jay Leno is out of the hospital and back at home, and returning to work on Monday. 

Leno admitted himself to a hospital and stayed Thursday night, cancelling his first Tonight Show recording since taking over for Johnny Carson in 1992.

Jay Leno was released on Friday afternoon to return to his Los Angeles home.

Tonight Show spokeswoman Tracy St. Pierre squashed internet rumors saying that Leno had suffered a heart attack, although she couldn’t provide details of what ailed him.

“No!” she told the New York Daily News. “He’s doing fine … He was kidding around with the hospital staff and running his monologue jokes by the doctors and the nurses.”

She also denied speculation that Leno had food poisoning, but declined to elaborate.

Jay Leno will be hosting the Tonight Show for the final time on May 29 after 17 years. But he will continue on NBC, with a Monday-through-Friday program at 10 p.m., starting in the fall.

Conan O’Brien will host the Tonight Show beginning June 1st in the slot that follows the local 11:00 p.m. news.
