Former supermodel Karen Mulder was arrested in Paris, France after making threatening phone calls to her plastic surgeon.

The Dutch model, 39, was arrested on Tuesday morning after the doctor reported receiving many “vicious telephone calls” from Karen Mulder.

Media sources have reported that Karen Mulder became angry and aggressive after the doctor refused to reverse an earlier surgery she had undergone.

A police source says, “She was screaming and shouting about the operation and became extremely threatening.
“There were repeated calls to the female surgeon who was extremely scared. The suspect is being interviewed.”

Karen Mulder was one of the great models in the 1990s along with Kate Moss, Helena Christensen and Naomi Campbell.

Mulder is facing charges of threatening behavior, and is expected to be released later on in the day on Tuesday.
